Luba helps organizations gather, analyze, and interpret information to inform their practice, assess their impact, and build their capacity. She provides support with evaluation design and implementation, as well as consultation on such topics as organizational climate, quality improvement, and strategic planning.
Luba also works with organizations to use data to better address social-emotional learning, mental health, and school climate. She helps schools, districts, early childhood programs, and human service providers design programming and professional development that is grounded in research and best practice.
