I am a psychologist, educator, researcher with a deep commitment to equity, accessibility, and social justice in everything I do. My work focuses on individual and organizational growth and change. I am passionate about supporting learning processes that promote reflective practice and a culture of inquiry.

I have twenty years experience as a researcher, internal evaluator, evaluation director, and project manager. I’ve held several leadership positions at organizations such as Boston Children’s Hospital, the YMCA of Greater Boston, the Making Caring Common project, and the City of Cambridge Department of Human Service Programs. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how programs and organizations operate across the nonprofit sector.

Early in my career, I worked in schools, out of school time and early childhood programs, and the juvenile justice system. Then, I was a counselor in the Boston Public Schools for nearly a decade.

I’ve taught courses in program evaluation and research methods at Boston College, Harvard University, Smith College, and Tufts University. I also served as Guest Faculty in Evaluation at the Institute for Nonprofit Practice. Currently, I am Adjunct Faculty in Organizational Leadership and Psychology at the William James College Center for Behavioral Health, Equity, and Leadership in Schools, where I teach a variety of courses and workshops for educators about student mental health.

My undergraduate studies were in anthropology at Haverford College. I earned an Ed.M. and Ed.D. in human development and psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I completed a research fellowship in Psychology at Harvard Medical School.
